Production Supervisor

Thorne and Wait are working on behalf of a local company who is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in food production is a plus but not mandatory.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we require all candidates to have their own commute unless they live in Chalgrove village. Due to shift timings buses do not keep running for all shifts.
