Head of Operations

Our client is currently seeking a Head of Operations for their site in Welwyn Garden City.
They are looking for someone who can essentially manage the business in and out and be the first point of contact ensuring that all the queries are managed by them before reaching the Director.
The potential candidate should be able to handle all the departments, ensure compliance for regulatory purposes for our operations in UK and Europe. Managing all the teams thoroughly.
Speaking Dutch and French is an advantage, they are looking for someone ideally with 5-7 years of experience in management of operations.
Hours of work are days, Monday to Friday 08.30-5.00pm though need to be flexible.
This is a permanent role, full time based onsite

Skills Required

highly efficient on MS office and google suite, excellent english language skills (oral and written), proven track record of people leadership skills.

Qualifications Required

bachelors degree / masters degree or equivalent

Rate of Pay

£40,000.00 – £55,000.00 per year
