We are currently recruiting for an experienced Excavator Driver to join our client’s busy and growing operation based near Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established team in a dynamic environment.

The Role

As an Excavator Driver, you will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, supporting site operations, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Operating excavators in a safe and controlled manner
Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Supporting site operations and assisting other team members when required
Adhering to all health & safety regulations
Working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
Rotating shifts:
Early Shift
Late Shift
Flexibility is essential due to shift patterns

📅 Training Requirement:
All successful candidates must be available to complete 1 week of training (9:00am – 4:00pm) prior to starting shifts.

Requirements
Valid Excavator / CPCS / NPORS licence
Previous experience operating excavators
Strong awareness of health & safety
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Ability to work rotating shifts
