A great opportunity has become available for one of my clients based on the outside of Bicester my client is looking to recruit a customer service advisor supporting the ecommerce department at their head office.

Over the years the company has experienced significant growth and still continues to grow organically as a customer service advisor you will be responsible for handling customer enquires as well as being able to answer any questions and queries either over the phone or by email. You will provide your support and product knowledge to customers and will inform them of any information they need to know.

To be a successful candidate you must have previous experience working in a customer service role as well as having an excellent telephone manner when talking to suppliers and your consumers. My client is looking for candidates who have a great work ethic and can work on their own imitative and will be able to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a fast paced environment.

The working hours are between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday in return my client offers the following benefits
