In this role you will:

• Communicate transparently with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver amazing customer service, being confident and friendly when speaking with our customers
• Think outside the box and be informative
• Be self-motivated with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be professional and switched on for our customers but, also, your own progression

Requirements

• People background – you come with experience of providing proactive administrative support
• Passion for customer service – you have a genuine passion for helping others and working as a team with a customer service focus
• Excellent communication – you will have strong verbal, written and face – to face communication skills
• Accountability – you will have a strong sense of accountability and ownership of what you do ensuring a high level of confidentiality and an excellent eye for detail

Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4pm and Friday: 6am – 2pm
