Thorne and Wait are currently recruiting for an administrator for a busy client based in Watlington. Please note this is a temp to perm position.

Diversity of projects and tasks makes this work challenging and enjoyable.

Tasks:

– Answering telephone calls
– Inputting of clients orders
– Assisting with call offs for clients as per their requirements
– General office duties
– Assisting our Sales Support Manager & Transport Manager with adhoc tasks
– Filing
– Maintaining office stock levels

No specific experience is required but an administration background would help.

– Organised
– Self-motivated
– Have the ability to prioritise workload
– Able to work well as an individual and part of a team
– Good written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will be;

– friendly and helpful

Monday to Friday: 08.30 – 5.00pm
