Having used both Steve and Wesley for my previous recruitment requirements, I knew I could trust that they would continue to provide an excellent service now that they have started up their own business. I have used Thorne & Wait Recruitment Specialists over the past few weeks for both temporary and permanent positions within our business. I do not usually write company testimonials but I will break this rule on this occasion given the excellent standard of operator I have received from Thorne and Wait recruitment agency. Having used most of the local recruiters in Oxfordshire I found myself left extremely frustrated by the standard of operator and subsequent level of service I was receiving. The trend always seemed to be that initially they would start off very well with regular meetings and KPI reviews but as the churn of personnel become greater the level of service always seems to diminish which would then result in changing agencies and so the process begins again. Since using Thorne & Wait (10 months) the service levels have remained consistent and the quality of operator has been first class. The company has clearly listened to our business requirements and placed individuals that meet our needs, so much so out of the 8 supplied operatives I will be looking to employ all 8. I can fully recommend Thorne & Wait Recruitment agency and would strongly urge any business looking to change their preferred external recruiters to look no further than Thorne & Wait.

We find the service provided by Emily to be very professional and reliable. Emily has an excellent telephone manner and is always a pleasure to work with. Emily is always willing to go that extra mile, no problem being too big or too small.
