Thorne and Wait Recruitment are currently seeking a purchasing assistant for their client in Brackley and are seeking an enthusiastic additional member of staff to join their purchasing team.
The successful candidate will be working in a modern office environment with customer service and quality paramount.

Duties would include but not limited to
• Assisting with incoming calls and emails
• Process Customer orders
• Establish parts required for ordering
• Raising Purchase Orders as required by the business
• Assisting with quoting customers
• Assisting with customer and supplier queries
• Chasing suppliers for back ordered goods
• Getting quotes from suppliers

• Previous Office experience
• Candidates should have an excellent grasp of English and be confident in computer use, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook
• Using Accounts software – Sage 50 an advantage

• On-site parking
• Modern building with excellent facilities
