A role for a Counterbalance forklift driver has become available for one of my clients in Oxfordshire you will be working in the transport yard and warehouse offering support to the transport manager. My client asks that applicants are able offer flexibility with the will to adapt and learn whilst working in a transport/ware house environment.
Working Hours: 45 hours, per week Monday to Friday Between 8:30am and 6:30pm (With 1 hour lunch break) Saturday mornings: 5:00am – 12:00noon (Once per month)
As well as driving a forklift you will also be required to support in various areas of the transport department. This will include moving goods, collecting goods, loading vehicles and unloading. All goods will need to be checked into the warehouse, the role is fast paced and you would be working to specific deadlines and meeting any delivery targets set by the business.
My client uses an in-house scanning system any activity will need to be logged once the goods have been handled or moved. Health and safety will need to be followed and you will comply with all health and safety regulations this would include inspection of forklift and reporting any issues if any.
Any records of checks will need to keep and stored you will also have to be observant of the surroundings any issues will have to be reported in line with all health and safety regulations of the business.

> Minimum qualification GCSE or equivalent
> Current counterbalance licence
> Any previous warehouse experience is preferable
> Full Forklift Counterbalance licence
