We are looking for 3 people for at least 6 – 8 weeks to work for are client in Kidlington, they need the following:

1. Good keyboard skills
2. A good level of education
3. An attention to detail
4. Able to work alone or part of a group

Hours 8.30-5.00

General Office Administration requirements and duties include;
•Proven experience as an office administrator
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
•Excellent organisational skills.
•Taking phone calls and answering emails
•Familiarity with office management procedures
•Liaising with Freight Forwarders
•Dealing with freight companies to monitor overseas shipments
•Prepare and follow up all documentation relating to export sales
•Proficient in Word and Excel. PowerPoint useful
•Data entry which will involve managing and updating customer and supplier information.
•General filing

£12.00 per hour
