Thorne and Wait are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our busy client based in Kidlington.

Primary Responsibilities of this role include:

To support Sales Department with administration duties, as required
To provide general administration support to the Sales Manager
To act as the primary point of contact for sales enquiries, screening telephone calls, emails and general requests as appropriate.
Assign incoming enquiries to sales team and manage feedback
To liaise with clients, suppliers and internal staff
To produce Training Agreement summaries for the Oxford team
To ensure our CRM system is maintained and up to date.
Manage travel and accommodation for sales staff.
Raise invoices for our Interactive Learning Clients
To attend and assist in the event planning and running of school ‘Open Days’.

Essential Skills needed to undertake this role:

Experienced administrator with excellent communication skills
Experience using databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Customer focused individual with excellent telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Must be detail oriented
