We require applications for the role of a Central Reservations Agent working with an industry leading organisation based in rural Oxfordshire.
You must have a history of working in a Customer advisor capacity with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships within a busy office environment and dealing with demanding customers.
•Informing guests of the services and facilities available and make reservations according to their needs.
•Build good relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable.
•The Reservations Agent will ensure their guests enjoy a great experience from the first approach
•Anticipate and react to guests’ needs, act promptly and with a sense of urgency to all written and spoken requests and carry these out in a courteous and helpful manner.
•Provide a professional service to the standards of the company.
Knowledge and experience
•The ideal Reservation Agent will have to be outgoing and confident with a sense of professionalism at all times.
•You will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced and Customer Service environment
•Meticulous attention to detail as well as a great passion for fantastic customer service.
•Experience of OPERA software will be beneficial
Please note: You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week on shifts covering from 8am to 10pm and due to the location, you must have a driving licence and your own transport.
Rate of Pay
£20,000.00 – £23,000.00 per year
