This role is an entry-level position concerned with providing administrative support to the office as a whole. The administrator will carry out fundamental tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide holiday/absence cover for the Account Executives.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and confident in communicating both in person and on the telephone.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering inbound calls to the office and transferring to relevant personnel (acting as company receptionist)
• Greeting visitors to company site (reception duties)
• Providing support to account management team with daily tasks (producing bulk dispatch labels
from spreadsheets, producing single labels where required, chasing individual PODs or compiling POD lists)
• Input / upkeep of company stock records via on-line ‘Warehouse Management System’
• Opening/sorting inbound post and arranging/dispatching outgoing post
• Managing stationary and paper supplies for the office
• Delivering refreshments to office staff

• Minimum qualification GCSEs or equivalent
• Basic PC literacy
• Confident in communicating via telephone
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Keen to work as part of a team

Rate of Pay

£18,500.00 per year
