A position has arisen for a customer Service advisor to join our busy client’s head office based outside Banbury.
You will provide exceptional customer Service to both external and internal customers, aiming to resolve customer’s issues at first contact.

You will help deal with both showroom and customer issues, and work with the customer through the lifetime of the issue to resolution. You will work with your other team members to support with any customer issues, and find new ways of resolving them.

You will be experienced in a customer Service or customer call centre environment, and be able to demonstrate skills with dealing with customers on the telephone, face to face and in written format.

You will be skilled at multi tasking and handling multiple issues, while remaining calm, professional and upholding the brand image at all times. You will have excellent Microsoft office skills and a good understanding of the sale of goods and services act.

Rate of Pay

£16,000.00 – £18,000.00 per year
